Dr Samantha Hinds BSc (Hons), EYPS, DECPSy, CPsychol, MBPsS

I am Dr Samantha Hinds (Sam), an Educational and Child Psychologist based near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. I carry out work with families, children and educational settings to explore the needs and provision required for individuals and groups of children and young people in order to enable them to achieve.

I qualified from University College London (UCL) in 2019 and have worked within Local Authorities and private practice. I worked within childcare and education from leaving school until getting onto the doctoral course, primarily working within shortbreak care for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

In my personal life, I am a foster carer, providing short-term care to amazing children/young people and am also mummy to my own three beautiful children of which my oldest is neurodiverse.
